PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition useful for the treatment of disease caused by target tissues, to provide the active ingredient thereof, and to provide a screening method and a production method of the pharmaceutical composition and the active ingredient.SOLUTION: The invention provides an antigen-binding molecule comprising an antigen binding domain which changes binding activity against an antigen depending on the concentration of a compound specific to target tissues. The antigen-binding molecule is comprised in an Fc region comprised in a constant region of a specific sequence, and comprises an FcγR binding modified Fc region with higher binding activity to an Fcγ receptor than that to the Fcγ receptor of the Fc region of a natural human IgG.
