PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide more effective means for preventing fish-streptococcal disorders and the like.SOLUTION: An oral vaccine formulation for fish-streptococcal disorders contains as an active ingredient an antigen derived from a bacterium resulting in fish-streptococcal disorders and an antigen derived from V. anguillarum. By adding the antigen derived from V. anguillarum to the antigen derived from a bacterium resulting in fish-streptococcal disorders, since the preventive effect for fish-streptococcal disorders is enhanced, the high preventive effect for fish-streptococcal disorders is achieved even by administration of the formulation as an oral vaccine.
