PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide more effective means for preventing fish-streptococcal disorders and the like.SOLUTION: An oral vaccine formulation for fish-streptococcal disorders contains as an active ingredient an antigen derived from a bacterium resulting in fish-streptococcal disorders and an antigen derived from V. anguillarum. By adding the antigen derived from V. anguillarum to the antigen derived from a bacterium resulting in fish-streptococcal disorders, since the preventive effect for fish-streptococcal disorders is enhanced, the high preventive effect for fish-streptococcal disorders is achieved even by administration of the formulation as an oral vaccine. In addition, since the preventive effect for vibriosis is retained, the formulation can be applied as an oral combination vaccine for fish-streptococcal disorders and vibriosis, even if mixing the antigen derived from bacterium resulting in fish-streptococcal disorders with the antigen derived from V. anguillarum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】魚類レンサ球菌症などに対する、より有効な防除手段の提供。【解決手段】魚類レンサ球菌症起因菌由来の抗原、及び、V. anguillarum由来の抗原を有効成分として含有する、魚類レンサ球菌症に対する経口ワクチン製剤などを提供する。魚類レンサ球菌症起因菌由来の抗原にV.anguillarum由来の抗原を添加することで、魚類レンサ球菌症に対する予防効果が増強されるため、経口ワクチンとしての投与でも魚類レンサ球菌症に対する高い予防効果を実現できる。加えて、魚類レンサ球菌症起因菌由来の抗原とV.anguillarum由来の抗原を混合しても、ビブリオ病に対する予防効果は保持されるため、魚類レンサ球菌症及びビブリオ病に対する経口混合ワクチンとしても適用できる。【選択図】図1
