PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high frequency scissors for an endoscope which do not cut deeply while cauterizing even if the tip of a scissor member contacts a muscle layer or the like, and thus prevent danger such as unnecessary incision, blood vessel cutting and boring, thereby exhibiting greater safety.SOLUTION: The high frequency scissors have: a treatment part 4 having a pair of scissor members 10 which is rotatably displaced between an open state and a closed state by being mutually pivoted about a rotary shaft 13 and crossed so as to overlap with each other, and have an insulation coated surface an operation wire 3 connected to the treatment part 4 and an operation part for openably/closably operating the scissor members 10 by advancingly/retreatingly operating the operation wire 3. The pair of scissor members 10 is formed in a tabular sickle shape, while having a protrusion 10a whose tip part protrudes in a closing direction, a sickle-like plane 10b constituting a top surface having a sickle-like curve in the direction from the protrusion 10a to the rotary shaft 13, an overlapping surface 10c overlapped from one side edge of the sickle-like plane 10b in the closed state, and a blade attachment part 10d inclining so that the width expands from the other side edge of the sickle-like plane 10b.
