PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical stone hot bath facility configured to appropriately discharge perspiration discharged to a medical stone layer and discharged water infiltrating into the medical stone layer in a washing process after washing, and which can be sanitarily used for a long period of time by appropriately washing the medical stone layer.SOLUTION: The medical stone hot bath facility has a single or a plurality of drains 12 which open on the upper surface in a foundation part of a bathroom 240.
