PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition with aquarium enabling people to see the same aquatic organism in an aquarium from both bath rooms without peeping the opposite side bath room.SOLUTION: An aquarium 2 is set in a part of a partition 1 erected between bath rooms for men and women. The aquarium 2 is made in a cuboid whose vertical width is equal to or a little shorter than the wall thickness of the partition 1 and front/back side plates 4, 5 are made of laminate acrylic boards or the like which are transparent and excellent in chemical resistance and impact resistance. Blindfold plates 7, 8 use water-resistant hard synthetic resin plates as material. The blindfold plates 7, 8 are rectangles of the height direction length almost same as the aquarium 2, and erected so as to be spaced apart from each other by a distance allowing fishes to pass in the front and back directions. Inside the blindfold plates 7, 8, front view and back view are partly overlapped and the extension line of a virtual straight line 9 connecting inner end edges of the blindfold plates 7, 8 in a plane view is set in a position preventing it from crossing the transparent front/back side plates 4, 5.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】相手側の浴室を覗き見ることがなく、水槽内の同じ水生生物を双方の浴室から観ることができるようにした水槽付き間仕切りを提供する。【解決手段】男女浴室間に立設される間仕切り1の一部に水槽2が嵌めこまれている。水槽2は、縦幅は間仕切り1の肉厚と同じか僅かばかり短い直方体に形成され、正背面側板4、5は透明で耐薬品性及び耐衝撃性に優れた積層アクリル板等よりなる。目隠し板7、8は耐水性を有する硬質性合成樹脂板を材料とする。目隠し板7、8は水槽2の高さ方向長さが略同じの矩形状を呈し、正背方向に魚類が通過可能な距離を有して離隔して立設されている。目隠し板7、8は、内側方が正面視及び背面視が一部重合し、平面から視て目隠し板7、8の内側端縁間を結ぶ仮想直線9の延長線が透明な正背面側板4、5と交差しないような位置に設定されている。【選択図】図1
