PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of vibration noise from wheels retracted in a retraction position of a seat with wheels that can be used as a wheel chair by itself outside a vehicle interior and can retract the wheels in the retraction position when the seat is installed in the vehicle interior and is used as a vehicle seat.SOLUTION: Braking levers 76 are provided on rear wheel stays 42 that support rear wheels 40. The braking levers 76 are incorporated in braking devices 70 that function when the rear wheels 40 are in the use position, and are equipped with braking parts 76b as braking members.
