A bubble preparation for theranostics that enables diagnosis and treatment of a target tissue by ultrasonic irradiation with diagnostic ultrasound and low-intensity therapeutic ultrasound is provided. It consists of a film made of lipid and a gas enclosed in the lumen of the film. The coatings were distearoylphosphatidylcholine (DSPC), distearoylphosphatidylglycerol (DSPG), and 1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-N- [methoxy (polyethylene glycol) -2000] (DSPE) -PEG2000), an anionic lipid.
