PURPOSE: A thermal insulation curtain opening-closing apparatus is provided to reduce the construction time, and to prevent damages to a thermal insulation curtain. CONSTITUTION: A rotary shaft (100) selectively opens a thermal insulation curtain on the upper side of an inner frame (21). A drive motor (200) is located on one side of the rotary shaft to move with the rotary shaft. Plural wires (320) have one ends connected to one end of the rotary shaft, and the other ends connected to the other end of the rotary shaft. A vertical shaft (210) is fixed and combined to one side of the drive motor for preventing the rotation of the drive motor by the rotation of the rotary shaft while operating the drive motor. A first roller (311) is located on both ends of one side of the inner frame along the movement direction of the rotary shaft. A second roller (312) and a third roller (313) are located on both ends of the other side of the inner frame. A first wire (321) is fixed to both sides of the rotary shaft. The second wire (322) is arranged to cross the first wire.본 발명은 비닐하우스에 사용되는 보온커텐이 균일하게 개폐되도록 할 수 있는 비닐하우스용 보온커텐 개폐장치에 관한 것으로, 복수의 내부프레임으로 이루어진 내부하우스의 상측에 일단이 고정되게 설치되는 보온커버를 선택적으로 개폐시키도록 상기 내부프레임의 상측에 회전 가능하게 구비되어 상기 보온커버의 타단이 선택적으로 권취 및 해권됨과 동시에 상기 내부프레임의 폭 방향을 따라 이동가능하게 설치되어 상기 보온커텐이 상기 내부프레임의 상측에 선택적으로 전개되도록 하는 회전축과； 상기 회전축이 회전 구동하도록 상기 회전축의 일측에 구비되어 상기 회전축이 이동함에 따라 함께 이동하는 구동모터와； 상기 회전축이 회전 구동시에 상기 회전축의 일단부와 타단부가 상기 내부프레임의 폭 방향을 따라 균일하게 이동하도록 상기 내부프레임에 설치되는 복수의 롤러와 상기 롤러를 경유하여 일단이 상기 회전축의 일단부와 연결되고 타단이 상기 회전축의 타단부와 연결되는 복수의 와이어로 이루어지는 밸런스부를； 포함하여 구성됨으로써, 비닐하우스에 사용되는 보온커텐을 개폐함에 있어서 상기 보온커텐의 일단부와 타단부가 나란하게 이동되도록 함으로써 균일하게 보온커텐이 개폐되도록 하여 보온커텐이 손상됨을 방지함과 동시에 보온커텐의 개폐 구조를 간단히 하여 시공에 소요되는 시간을 단축시키고 유지 및 보수 비용을 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
