PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that determines parameters of toxicity given to disease or disorder from pharmaceutical compounds and pharmacokinetic properties, etc.SOLUTION: A test animal used is a non-human animal that is not infected by a disorder or does not exhibit a symptom or sign of the disorder, and does not induce immunization reaction to the above pharmaceutical compounds. These animals can be obtained by administering peptide containing an oxidoreductase motif, NKT peptide epitope of the above pharmaceutical compound or MCH class II T cell epitope.
