The present invention relates to a solid cosmetic composition comprising: 5 to 60 wt% of oil component； 3 to 40 wt% of powder particles； and 10 to 20 wt% of glutamide complex gelling agent which is a mixture of alcohol component and glutamide component. The solid cosmetic composition has an appearance with transparent gloss and imparts an excellent sheen to the skin by having excellent glossy characteristics on the surface. In addition, the solid cosmetic composition has spreadability with lightness and softness when in use, thereby being useful as a solid cosmetic composition with glossy surface to replace a cosmetic composition comprising highly refractive oil or wax with a sense of heaviness when in use.본 발명은 오일성분 5 내지 60 중량%, 파우더 분체 3 내지 40 중량%, 및 알코올 성분과 글루타마이드 성분이 혼합된 글루타마이드 복합 겔화제 10 내지 20 중량%를 포함하는, 고형 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 고형 화장료 조성물은 외관이 투명한 광택성을 가지고, 표면 광택성이 우수하므로, 뛰어난 피부 광택감을 제공할 수 있으며, 또한 가벼운 발림성과 부드러운 사용감을 가지므로 무거운 사용감을 가지는 고굴절 오일 또는 왁스를 포함하는 화장료 조성물을 대체하여, 표면 광택성 고형 화장료 조성물로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
