PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode part in which a load on a linear tissue is small, even when implantation is carried out for a long period of time.SOLUTION: The electrode part 1 is formed into a curved shape which is curved to surround a predetermined linear tissue N. The electrode part 1 includes an insulation member 2 formed by an elastic material into a sheet shape, and at least two electrodes 3 which are provided to one surface 2a to be the inside surface of the curve when the insulation member 2 is in the curved shape and to which a voltage can be applied. The inner diameter of the curved shape in a natural state is set larger than the outer diameter of the linear tissue N.
