To provide a probe implantation device capable of measuring an electric signal in a measurement object even when a position where the electric signal in the measurement object is going to be measured, is a position where implantation of a conventional electrode is difficult, an insertion method of the probe implantation device, and an electric signal acquisition method.SOLUTION: A probe implantation device comprises: a flexible film 2 having a flat plate shape； a probe 3 formed to protrude from the flexible film 2； and a water soluble coating body 4 for coating the whole probe 3, in which the probe 3 is exposed when the coating body 4 is dissolved.
