PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a doctor or the like to easily grasp an affected part by generating and outputting a clearer fluorescent image of an observation site to which a fluorescent reagent is administered. SOLUTION: In a three-plate camera, a first reflective film that reflects IR light out of light from an observation site is formed, and a first prism that receives IR light to a first image sensor and a first reflective film are transmitted. A second reflecting film that reflects the specific wavelength band light and transmits visible light among the first transmitted light is formed, and the second prism that receives the specific wavelength band light to the second image sensor and the second reflecting film are formed. Based on the third prism that allows the third image sensor to receive the transmitted visible light and the imaging outputs of the first image sensor, the second image sensor, and the third image sensor, the first video signal and the second image signal of the observation site are used.
