9 ABSTRACT HINGE FOR HOLDING A HOLDING MEANS 5 THE PRESENT INVENTION RELATES TO A HINGE (10) FOR HOLDING A HOLDING BRACKET (28) WHEREIN THE HINGE (10) HOLDS THE HOLDING BRACKET (28) IN USE POSITION OR ALLOWS THE HOLDING BRACKET IN A COLLAPSIBLE POSITION WHEN NOT IN USE. THE HINGE (10) INCLUDES A STOPPER BAR (12) AND TWO PROJECTED LIPS (14) EXTENDING FROM EACH END OF THE STOPPER BAR (12) RESPECTIVELY. EACHOFTHEPROJECTED LIPS(14) INCLUDES AGUIDERAIL (16) WITH TWOSLOTS, 10 I.E. FIRST SLOT ( 1 8) AND SECOND SLOT (20). THE STOPPER BAR ( 12) IS WELDED TO A STEEL BAR THAT IS STRONGLY AND FIRMLY ATTACHED TO A SOLID SURFACE. THE HINGE (10) ALLOWS THE HOLDING BRACKET (28) TO BE IN A LOCKED POSITION WHEREIN THE LOCKED POSITION CAN BE IN A USE POSITION WHERE THE SHARP BIN CONTAINER SITS ON THE HOLDING BRACKET (28) OR CAN BE IN A NON-USE POSITION WHEREIN THE HOLDING BRACKET (28) IS IN A COLLAPSIBLE MODE. THE HOLDING BRACKET (28) 1 5 INCLUDES TWO PROJECTING BARS (32) FROM THE HOLDING BRACKET WHICH FORMS A SUBSTANTIALLY ENCLOSED U-SHAPE BODY. AT EACH END OF THE TWO PROJECTING BARS (32), THERE IS A PROTRUDED PIN (30) EXTENDING FROM THE BAR WHICH IS ALLOWED TO MOVE ALONG THE GUIDE RAIL (I 6) OF THE HINGE (IO) AND SITS ON EITHER ON THE FIRST SLOT (I 9) OF THE HINGE OR SECOND SLOT (20) OF THE HINGE (IO) DEPENDING ON USAGE OF (FIE HOLDING BRACKET (28). 10 FIGURE I
