PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and automatically set the temperature of a temperature change element preferable to a user.SOLUTION: A depth temperature adjustment device includes a Peltier element 31c which can be brought into contact with skin covering a thick blood vessel passing through a neck part, a Peltier element temperature detector 31d for detecting Peltier element temperature Tp, an environmental temperature detector 36b for detecting environmental temperature Ta, an environmental moisture detector 36c for detecting environmental moisture Ma, and a control part 36 for controlling the Peltier element temperature Tp of the Peltier element 31c.
