PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine supply mechanism and a medicine packaging device, allowing a user to easily classify medicine with good accuracy.SOLUTION: This medicine supply mechanism includes: an under tablet having distribution squares of (m-columns×n-stages), the top and bottom of which are opened and a shutter unit for opening or closing the bottom openings of the distribution squares. The mechanism includes a lid member capable of opening or blocking the top openings of the distribution squares of (m-columns×n-stages) stage by stage.
