PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make vibration of a motor difficult to be transmitted to grip parts of an operation rod and make a worker who grips the grip parts of the operation rod hardly get tired due to the vibration.SOLUTION: An operating machine 10 includes an operation rod 11 having grip parts 13, 14 gripped by a worker, a motor 20 mounted on a rear end part of the operation rod 11, a rotary tool 32 mounted on a front end part of the operation rod 11 and rotated by the motor 20, and a power transmission shaft 12 rotationally supported in the operation rod 11 and transmitting the drive of the motor 20 to the rotary tool 32, and includes a dynamic vibration absorber 40 having a support body 41 fixed to an outer periphery of the operation rod 11, a mass body 42 separately disposed on the outside of the support body 41, and an elastic body 45 supporting the mass body 42 swingably with a translational three-degree of freedom and a rotational three-degree of freedom to the support body 41.
