PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collar and lead for dogs the strength and weatherability of which are improved and with which women or the aged can safely walk the dog.SOLUTION: Two or more rope slings which have small rings at both ends are connected by tying the small rings of each rope sling each other to form a rope-like structure, and the collar being a dog collar part and the lead being a dog lead part are formed respectively.
