To provide a collar made as capable of easily performing the attachment and detachment of the collar around the neck of a dog, also in the case that a load to the neck of the dog is applied when the dog wishes to move and without giving a pain to the dog by inhibiting its excessive deformation and also making the collar not easily slip out from the dog.
SOLUTION: The color with a handle is characterized by opening the both ends of belt part of the collar, linking the handle including a grip in accordance with the hand width with the both ends as one unit, also building-in a spring material having a repulsive force at the belt part and linking the both ends of the belt part with an elastic belt so that the distance between the both ends of the belt part does not become narrow more than necessary even ON acting the drawing force of the dog and an excessive tightening force is not applied ON the neck of the dog.
