PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment of controlled weather conditions, accompanied with controlled nutrient supply and water supply.SOLUTION: There is disclosed a process for breeding a plant, which includes a step of growing plants of one kind in an array of containers filled with a growing medium of uniform characteristics, and a step of changing in the environment the positions of the containers when required to certify at least practically uniform exposure of the all plants in the containers to the conditions in the environment.
