The invention relates to an intervertebral disc repair device, which is arranged at the tearing point of a fibrous ring between a vertebral bone and an adjacent intervertebral disc. The intervertebral disc repair device includes at least one staple. The staple is arranged at the vertebral bone adjacent to the tearing point. Each staple includes a main body and a tip portion. The tip portion is formed at the bottom of the main body. The main body has a suture fixing portion adjacent to the top of the main body. The main body is made of porous material, and has a surface formed thereon a plurality of holes. The intervertebral disc repair device of the invention fixes the suture to the vertebral bone by using staples, which can provide the suture with an elastic range so that the suture will not break due to excessive tension. The suture is interlaced with the fiber of the human annulus fibrosus to achieve the function of sealing the fissure of the annulus fibrosus. When growing, the vertebral bones may extend into and grasp firmly the holes on the main body, thereby stably fixing the main body on the vertebral bones without being easily slipped off.本創作係一種椎間盤修復裝置,其設於一椎體骨與相鄰椎間盤的纖維環的撕裂處,椎間盤修復裝置包含至少一個縫釘,所述縫釘設於鄰近撕裂處的椎體骨,每一縫釘包含一本體及一針尖部,針尖部形成於本體的底部,本體具有一鄰近本體頂部的縫線固定部,本體係為多孔質材質所製成,本體的表面形成多數個孔洞,本創作椎間盤修復裝置藉由縫釘將縫線固定於椎體骨,可提供縫線彈性範圍,使縫線不會因為張力太大而斷裂,縫線與人體纖維環纖維的交錯,達到密合纖維環裂隙的功能,本體的孔洞讓椎體骨在成長時伸入穩固抓住,使本體穩固在椎體骨上不易滑脫。
