PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical high-resolution image by using a super-resolution theory.SOLUTION: During the X-ray imaging, modulated image information on a subject is input into a CCD sensor and successively transmitted frame images overlap one another in such a manner that a frequency grid for demodulation, created by an image memory so as to be identical in frequency to a frequency grid for diagonal-streak modulation with an angle &theta, is set to have the same phase. Then, modulated frame image information is created in the arrangement of pixels smaller than the pixel (one pixel) of the CCD sensor, in accordance with the size of the pixel (one pixel) of the CCD sensor. Thus, image construction is performed in the high-capacity memory. The frame images are sequentially written, added, and synthesized and the acquired final image can be acquired as a panoramic image, having high resolution in the vertical direction of the image, in the high-capacity memory.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】超解像の理論を用いて縦方向における高解像度の画像を提供する。
