PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED fishing light device making a pressure difference between the inside and the outside of a fishing light device accompanying expansion and rise of a pressure by high heat inside the device in use as small as possible by circulating a refrigerant inside a watering pipe and closely forming an LED fishing light on the outer circumferential face of the pipe to promptly efficiently radiate the high heat generated from the LED fishing light, and equipping a water-impermeable sheet having only breathability in the fishing light device.SOLUTION: An LED fishing light device includes: a fishing light case formed with a pipe connection groove corresponding to an outer shape of a fishing light mounting base in the rear； an LED module equipped inside the fishing light case, disposed with a lot of LEDs, and emitting light forward when supplying power； a protection cover made of a transparent material, covering the front of the opened fishing light case； and fixing implements supporting an LED fishing light in the rear such that the fishing light mounting base is stuck to the fishing light case. A refrigerant is circulated inside the hollow fishing light mounting base.【課題】潅水パイプ内に冷媒を循環させ，このパイプの外周面にＬＥＤ集魚灯を密着形成して，ＬＥＤ集魚灯から発生した高熱を速やかに効率良く放熱でき，集魚灯装置に，非通水性で通気性のみ有するシートを備えることによって，使用中に前記装置内の高熱による圧力の上昇及び膨脹に伴う前記装置の内外における圧力差を可及的に小さくすることができるＬＥＤ集魚灯装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明ＬＥＤ集魚灯装置は，後方に集魚灯設置台の外形に対応するパイプ結合溝を形成した集魚灯ケース，該集魚灯ケースの内部に備えられ，多数のＬＥＤが配置されて電源供給時に前方に光を照射するように構成されるＬＥＤモジュール，開放されている集魚灯ケースの前方を被覆する透明の材質からなる保護カバー，及び前記集魚灯設置台が集魚灯ケースに密着するようＬＥＤ集魚灯を後方で支持する固着具を含み，中空の集魚灯設置台内に冷媒を循環することを特徴とする。【選択図】図７
