The heat dissipating structure of the LED fishing lamp in the present invention comprises: a frame forming body which receives heat generated from a first LED installation unit (21) and includes a part between the left and right ends protruding toward the front of the fishing lamp with a bent plate shape； and multiple heat sinks of which any one side is fixed to the frame forming body to be laid with space between the top and bottom and which is fixed while forming well-ventilated space in the top and bottom and installed in all the tops and bottoms of the left and right side parts and the central part. In the heat dissipating structure of the present invention, the wind blowing around the LED fishing lamp evenly escapes through a gap between the heat sinks, and air between the heat sinks smoothly escapes outwards since the heat sinks installed to be laid act as a fan by rolling of the boat, thereby having an excellent heat dissipating effect.
