PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivation apparatus with a plant root temperature control mechanism capable of precisely controlling the temperature of plant roots with less energy.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a cultivation apparatus S1 with a plant root temperature mechanism for hydroponic culture of plants. The cultivating apparatus S1 with the plant root temperature control mechanism has at least a cultivating tray 1 for supporting and growing plants and temperature-adjusting mechanisms 2 to 5. The cultivating tray 1 comprises a bottomed casing-shaped culture medium-holding part 11 for storing a culture fluid for hydroponic culture, a cultivation panel 12 covered so as to close the opening of the culture fluid-holding part 11, and a temperature adjustment member 12B disposed on the cultivation panel 12 to perform temperature control. In the cultivation panel 12, plant disposition holes 12B for placing plants are formed.
