The present invention relates to a wheelchair including a walking frame which is formed to be able to use a walking frame-integrated wheelchair so that an elderly, a disabled person, and a patient are able to select by themselves. For the forementioned, the present invention includes: a driving unit which comprises a main wheel which is installed in a frame for seating and an auxiliary wheel which is installed in a frame for the auxiliary wheel and a walking unit which is attached and detached from the front side of the frame for each auxiliary wheel by a detachable means and has an armrest frame with a foothold frame around a hinge part in one united body in order to perform a function of a foothold in case of being attached.
