CONSTITUTION: A food concentrating and purifying apparatus enabling users to produce drinkable polysaccharides comprises the following: a process tank(20) for storing a food filtrate obtained by firstly processing food ingredients, pressurized by the pneumatic pressure after storing the filtrate； a filter unit(40) including a filter(41) with pores having the prefixed pore size； pump(30) pumping the food filtrate using the filter unit for forming the drinkable polysaccharides, operated by an air booster pump； and an air compressor(120) supplying compressed air to the pump and the processed tank.
