623132 Disclosed is a resettable drug delivery device having a resettable dosing mechanism. The dosing mechanism comprises a housing (58) having at least one helical groove, a dose dial sleeve (56) rotationally engaged with the at least one helical groove of the housing, a driver (55) provided within the housing, a first clutch (53/63) provided between the dial sleeve and the driver, and a second clutch (60) between the housing and the driver. When a dose is set (see figure 3) with the dose setting mechanism, the first clutch engages the dose dial sleeve and the driver to rotate together relative to said housing. When the set dose is injected (see figure 5), the first clutch disengages the dose dial sleeve from the driver while the second clutch couples the driver to the housing, so that the dose dial sleeve rotates and the driver is prevented from rotating but moves axially against a spindle (64) to expel the set dose or vice versa. When resetting (see figure 7) the dosing mechanism, the first clutch is operable to decouple the driver from the dose dial sleeve and the second clutch is operable to decouple the driver from the housing, allowing the driver to be moved to a reset position.
