A digital apparatus for evaluating plural upper limb functions includes a pegboard having plural holes arranged in a matrix array, plural peg, a detection module, and a computing module. There is a sensing switch within each of the holes. The sensing switch is turned on when the corresponding hole is inserted by a peg. When the sensing switch is turned on, the detection module detects a position code and a trigger time corresponding to the sensing switch which is turned on.
