PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suture prosthetic material for an automatic suture apparatus free from lifting and positional deviation even if being inserted into a living body in a state of being mounted to the suture part of an automatic suture apparatus.SOLUTION: Provided is a suture prosthetic material 1 for an automatic suture apparatus, including: a cylindrical body part 2 and a locking member 3 provided at one of the edge part sides of the body part 2 and caught at the tip part of the suture part of the automatic suture apparatus. The locking member 3 is composed of a cover 30 covering the tip part of the suture part.
