A punching-type zostera transplanting device according to the present invention comprises: a cylindrical transplantation pipe (110) having an empty inside, an opened top end, and an opened and diagonally cut bottom end, having a lid (112) coupled to be turned to open and close the bottom end, and having a transparent material identifying window (114) formed on the outside of the transplantation pipe a connection rod (120) formed in both sides of the top end of the transplantation pipe (110) and an opening and closing valve (130) connected with the lid (112) through a connection member (132) at the top end of the transplantation pipe (110) to turn the lid (112).
