PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guiding type pain reduction device that has a vibration and illumination functions.SOLUTION: A pain reduction device is mainly provided with a grip and the grip is further equipped with a pipe part in which batteries are built in. A bottom lid is screwed onto one end of the pipe part, with a button provided at the bottom position of the bottom lid, and with a front lid screwed onto the other end of the pipe part. In the bottom lid, a connecting pedestal is internally provided, and in the end face of the connecting pedestal, a switch unit is installed and linked with the button. A base is connected to the front lid, and in the hollow inside of the base, a vibration unit is installed. The base is further electrically connected to a light emission unit, is connected further correspondingly to the connecting pedestal, and is internally provided with the vibration unit and the light emission unit.
