The present invention refers to an orthopaedic corset (1) for the hyperextension of the spine of a user suffering from pathologies or subject to traumas and/or surgery of the type comprising a front valve (2) intended to act on the thoracic- abdominal region of the torso of said user and a dorsal rear valve (3) capable of being placed in contact with the back of said user. The front frame (2) and the dorso-lumbar element (3) are components that are normally separated from each other but capable of being mutually connected and constrained to make said corset (1) operating, said connection being realised and localised, by means of special coupling means (8), at each side of said user.La présente invention concerne un corset orthopédique (1) pour l'hyperextension de la colonne vertébrale d'un utilisateur souffrant de pathologies ou sujet à des traumatismes et/ou une chirurgie du type comprenant une valve avant (2) destinée à agir sur la région thoraco-abdominale du torse dudit utilisateur et une valve arrière dorsale (3) pouvant être placée en contact avec le dos dudit utilisateur. Le cadre avant (2) et l'élément dorso-lombaire (3) sont des composants qui sont normalement séparés l'un de l'autre mais pouvant être mutuellement raccordés et contraints pour rendre ledit corset (1) fonctionnel, ledit raccordement étant réalisé et localisé, au moyen d'un moyen de couplage spécial (8), de chaque côté dudit utilisateur.
