A method for analysis of EEG is disclosed, particularly relating to a method that is able to determine in real time the scale of conscious level during operation for a patient by combining rank entropy, sample entropy, approximate entropy and multi-scale entropy. The disclosed improves the result obtained by applying a conventional non-linear analysis approach to determine the scale of conscious level of a patient during operation, which is to combine rank entropy, sample entropy, approximate entropy and multi-scale entropy in analysis. By using a sample entropy to determine the scale of conscious level of a patient during the operation, the change of conscious level of the patient during operation is more obvious indicated, thereby preventing the patient from being conscious during the operation by combining sample and rank entropies to determine the scale of conscious level of a patient during the operation, the conscious level during the operation to anesthesia and from anesthesia to conscious can be measured with a more obvious indication in change moreover, with a spectrum analysis using [alpha], [beta], [gamma] and [delta] wave to assist the determination, the problem in using sample entropy to determine the conscious level during the operation to anesthesia and from anesthesia to conscious, which is less obvious, can be solved. Having experimented with an outcome for the disclosed method, it is clear that the disclosed provides a higher correlation coefficient, a value closer to the present instrument in terms of the scale of conscious level by combining the two as mentioned above, thereby increasing the reliability and efficacy.本發明提供一種腦電波分析的方法,特別是一種結合排序熵、樣本熵、近似熵、多重熵的即時判斷手術中病人意識清醒度指標的方法。本發明於改善過去提出以非線性分析技術判定病人意識清醒度之結果,提出一套結合排序熵、樣本熵、近似熵、多重熵的方法。使用樣本熵用於判定手術中病人意識清醒度,較能清楚顯示手術中病人意識清醒度變化,避免病人於手術過程中清醒;結合樣本熵及排序熵用於判定手術中病人意識清醒度,可衡量手術中病人意識清醒至麻醉和麻醉至意識清醒間,指標變化較明顯的優點,並利用α、β、γ、δ波等頻譜分析進行輔助判斷,可改善使用樣本熵衡量手術中病人清醒至麻醉和麻醉至清醒間指標反映不顯著的問題,經實驗結果得知,結合以上兩種方法可使相關係數更高、數值更趨近現有儀器的意識清醒程度指標,提昇其評
