The present invention relates to an underground storage system, and more specifically, to an underground loess cold-storage system which efficiently stores agricultural, stockbreeding, and marine products and allows convenient carrying in/out. According to a first aspect of the present invention, provided is the underground loess cold-storage system which comprises: a storage gate (100) connected to a transport tunnel (10) on the ground and connected to an underground tunnel (20) on one side to carry in and out a stored product； a container (200) comprising a connection pipe connected to a control supply pipe of a container incubator on one side of a partition, and keeping the stored product on the inner part； a hoist movement part (300) moving the container from the storage gate (100)； and the container incubator (400) comprising an outer wall (460) which forms a partition made of loess and ceramic, an inner wall (470) which is a steel-frame structure and forms a partition, and the control supply pipe (450) which penetrates the outer wall and the inner wall, and keeping the container (200) moved by the hoist movement part (300). According to the present invention, the temperature, humidity and light are controlled via the partition made of loess and ceramic and the electronic control supply pipe so the freshness of agricultural and marine products can be remarkably enhanced. Furthermore, various agricultural and marine products are stored in a food container, and the container is stored in an underground container incubator.
