The present invention relates to an agricultural product storage system and, more specifically, to an agricultural product storage system which comprises: a container for storing agricultural products； a pressure reducing unit for reducing the pressure inside the container； a carbon dioxide supply unit for supplying carbon dioxide into the container； a sensing unit for sensing a state inside the container； a vent for connecting the container and the outside； and a control unit for controlling the opening and closing of the vent. In addition, the agricultural product storage system controls the opening and closing of the vent so that the partial pressure of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the container can be maintained within a predetermined range.본 발명은 농산물 저장 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 농산물들을 저장할 수 있는 용기, 용기 내부를 감압하는 감압부, 용기 내부에 이산화탄소를 공급할 수 있는 이산화탄소 공급부, 용기 내부의 상태를 감지하는 감지부, 용기와 외부를 연결하는 통기구 및 통기구의 개폐를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하고, 용기 내의 산소 및 이산화탄소 분압이 기 설정된 범위내로 유지될 수 있도록 통기구의 개폐를 제어하는 농산물 저장 시스템에 관한 것이다.
