ROR PPAR Method of screening agents for treating disorder related to dysregulation of hepatic lipid metabolism through inhibition of PPAR-mediated transcription
The present application discloses a method for screening agents for treating disorder related to dysregulation of hepatic lipid metabolism based on a metabolism in which RORα binds to PPRE to inhibit the transcriptional action by PPARy, and as a result, lipid metabolism can be controlled in the liver. The candidate substances discovered by the screening method according to the present invention can be obtained by controlling the lipid metabolism, thereby being usefully used for treating metabolic diseases including obesity or metabolic syndrome.본원은 RORα가 PPRE에 결합하여, PPARγ에 의한 전사 작용을 억제하고, 그 결과 간에서 지질대사를 조절할 수 있는 기전에 근거한 간 지질대사 조절 장애 치료제 스크리닝 방법을 개시한다. 본원에 따른 스크리닝 방법에 의해 발굴된 후보물질은 지방 지질대사의 조절을 통해 비만을 포함하는 대사성 질환 또는 대사 증후군의 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
