The present invention relates to a foam cosmetic comprising a stock solution and a spray agent filled in an aerosol container, wherein the stock solution contains a powder selected from the group consisting of silicone-coated silica and silica-coated silicone, and the content of the powder in the stock solution is 5.0% by mass or more. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a foam cosmetic which is capable of supplying bubbles having a fine, smooth texture and also excellent foam stability. Further, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a foam-like cosmetic composition capable of imparting a smooth feeling without causing tackiness.본 발명은, 원액과 분사제가 에어졸 용기에 충전된 폼상(狀) 화장료로서, 상기 원액이, 실리콘 피복 실리카 및 실리카 피복 실리콘으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 분체를 포함하고, 상기 원액 중의 상기 분체의 함유량이 5.0 질량% 이상인, 폼상 화장료에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 결이 곱고 매끄러운 거품질이며 또한 거품의 안정성도 뛰어난 거품을 공급할 수 있는 폼상 화장료를 제공할 수 있다. 또한 본 발명에 의하면, 끈적임을 발생시키지 않고, 보송보송한 감을 부여할 수 있는 폼상 화장료를 제공할 수 있다.
