PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood vessel anastomosis device for providing a wide space at a heel side.SOLUTION: The blood vessel anastomosis device 100 has a support member 110, and a cylindrical member 120 extending from the support member 110. The cylindrical member 120 has a substantially straight through hole 122. The through hole 122 forms a portion of a cavity through which a graft 180 is passed.
