PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood vessel suturing member capable of suturing a blood vessel easily and efficiently and anastomosing a blood vessel in a large diameter with a blood vessel in a small diameter efficiently and a blood vessel suturing device.SOLUTION: A blood vessel suturing member 10 reduces a diameter of a blood vessel P10 along a longitudinal direction, and includes a grip part 11 capable of gripping a part of a blood vessel peripheral wall part along the longitudinal direction from an outer side. The grip part 11 has a larger space than a suturing object part P10A of the blood vessel P10 in an open state, the space gripping the suturing object part P10A of the blood vessel P10 in a closed state.
