This multilayer mouthpiece is formed by laminating a thermoplastic resin tray for covering the teeth, and a rubbing stimulation sheet for providing rubbing stimulation to the gums. The rubbing stimulation sheet is preferably configured from a foamed resin or a nonwoven fabric, more preferably from a foamed resin having open cells, and most preferably from a melamine resin foam.
