PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article that facilitates a user such as a wearer to perceive comfortable feeling from contact with the sheet by the user.SOLUTION: An absorbent article comprises an irregularity sheet 10 as a component and has a longitudinal direction and a width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. The irregularity sheet 10 comprises a plurality of projections 4 and recesses 3 on a skin contact surface which contacts the skin of a wearer. In a certain direction, the irregularity sheet 10 is configured so that a movable range of apexes 40a of the salients 4 is 30% or greater with respect to a length L2 of a bottom of each salient 4. The skin contact surface of the irregularity sheet 10 has an average friction coefficient MIU in the longitudinal direction X of 0.3 or smaller, and a difference of the friction coefficients in a forward path and a return path when the skin contact surface is reciprocated along the longitudinal direction X is less than 0.1.
