An enhanced suction device (10) for surgical operations, specially suitable for nasal septum surgical operations, comprising a sterilizable and reusable handpiece or grip (12) having an ergonomic shape suitable for being held by a surgeon and connected to a vacuum meter device by way of a hose, a multifunctional cannula (14) defined by an internally hollow and longitudinally developing rigid tubular element, accommodated in and supported by said handpiece (12) and projecting with respect thereto, the device also comprising manually operatable means for adjusting the length of the externally projecting portion and the orientation of the cannula (14) with respect to the handpiece or grip (12).La présente invention concerne un dispositif daspiration amélioré (10) pour des opérations chirurgicales, particulièrement adapté pour des opérations chirurgicales du septum nasal, comprenant une pièce à main ou une poignée stérilisable et réutilisable (12) ayant une forme ergonomique adaptée pour être tenue par un chirurgien et raccordée à un dispositif de mesure de vide au moyen dun tuyau flexible, une canule multifonctionnelle (14) définie par un élément tubulaire rigide intérieurement creux et longitudinalement déployé, logée dans et soutenue par ladite pièce à main (12) et faisant saillie depuis celui-ci, le dispositif comprenant en outre un moyen pouvant être actionné manuellement pour ajuster la longueur de la partie saillant vers lextérieur et lorientation de la canule (14) par rapport à la pièce à main ou à la poignée (12).
