PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that when a phospholipid is used for emulsification of cosmetics, it tends to have small emulsification capacity compared to that of nonionic surfactant and anionic surfactant and causes instability in terms of emulsion stability and consequently the amount to be compounded and auxiliary surfactant should be brought into consideration each time according to oily components to be emulsified, making preparation of emulsified product difficult.SOLUTION: The present invention provides: (1) a phospholipid composition for emulsification characterized by comprising 1) phospholipid and 2) polyglycerol fatty acid ester (2) the phospholipid composition for emulsification according to (1) characterized by further comprising fatty acid glyceride (3) the phospholipid composition for emulsification according to (1) or (2) characterized in that the polyglycerol fatty acid ester is palmitic acid polyglyceryl-3 and/or stearate polyglyceryl-3 and (4) the phospholipid composition for emulsification according to (1) to (3) where the polymer thickener is one or more kind selected from sclerotium gum, xanthan gum and sodium acrylates copolymer.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 リン脂質を化粧料の乳化に用いようとした時、非イオン界面活性剤やアニオン界面活性剤に比べて乳化力が小さい傾向にあり、乳化安定性の点で不安定なところがあった。そこで、乳化する油性成分によっては適切な配合量や補助的な界面活性剤を都度検討する必要があり、乳化物の調製に困難な面があった。【解決手段】(1)1)リン脂質と2)ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステル及び/又は高分子増粘剤を含有することを特徴とする乳化用リン脂質組成物。(2)更に脂肪酸グリセリドを含有することを特徴とする(1)に記載の乳化用リン脂質組成物。(3)ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルが、パルミチン酸ポリグリセリル-3及び/又はステアリン酸ポリグリセリル-3であることを特徴とする(1)又は(2)に記載の乳化用リン脂質組成物(4)高分子増粘剤がスクレロチウムガム、キサンタンガム、アクリレーツコポリマーNaから選ばれる1種又は2種以上である(1)~(3)に記載の乳化用リン脂質組成物。
