PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enjoy planting even in a small area of the ground, by solving such a problem that conventional bricks or blocks which are structural members of combined-and-piled type are mainly formed into a similarly-shaped hexahedron, and therefore a wall, a fence or a pillar formed by laying and piling the conventional members is flat, so that the wall, the fence or the pillar formed out thereof is impossible to be decorated with potted plants. SOLUTION: A brick or a block as the structural member of the combined-and-piled type is formed by integrally molding or forming a vessel-shaped part or a concave part 1 with a laid-and-piled flat part 2. When the wall, the fence or the pillar is composed by jointly using the bricks or the blocks with the conventional members, it can be decorated with the potted plants, by putting the plants into the vessel-shaped parts or the concave parts thereof. Further, a hole 3 is bored in an bottom area of the vessel-shaped part or the concave part 1, and a cap 4 for covering the hole 3 is attached thereto, so that water drainage is well performed by removing the cap 4, and the planting is enjoyed by directly growing the plant in the part.
