The present invention relates to an autonomous guided vehicle, and an environmental control system using the same and a method thereof. According to the present invention, the autonomous guided vehicle comprises a main body for moving the inside of a cultivation facility having a plurality of sensors for measuring environmental information, a communication part installed in the main body and performing communication with the cultivation facility and a management server, a camera installed in the main body and generating video information by capturing the image of the inside of the cultivation facility and a control part which is installed in the main body, transmits at least one piece of environmental information received from the cultivation facility and the video information generated from the camera to the management server so as to perform monitoring on the cultivation facility, and controls the environment of the cultivation facility on the basis of a work instruction for instructing a work corresponding to a monitoring result received from the management server.
