PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control lever mechanism for a riding-type grooving implement, surely eliminating trouble, such as, accidentally traveling in a high speed when turning, ensuring its traveling speed to be put under control at discretion in conducting a normal grooving operation, thus having such a reasonable construction as to enable grooving operations to be conducted in a safe and swift manner.SOLUTION: The control lever mechanism has a single control lever (62), disposed so as to lie near its steering handle (40) and subjected to shared use for the throttle divergence control for an engine (15) and for turning the power transmission from the engine (15) to driving wheels (12) on/off, wherein the control lever (62) is designed so that its control part (65), set up on its free end side, can take such a low-speed control position as to be swung from its idling position to the handle (40) side and gripped at the same time as the handle (40) and such a medium-high-speed control position as to be further swung from the low-speed control position by the fingers of the operators hand gripping the handle (40).COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】旋回時に思いがけずに高速になってしまうような不具合を確実に解消できるとともに、通常の溝切作業時には走行速度を任意に調整できるようにされ、もって、溝切作業を安全かつ迅速に行うことのできる合理的な構造を持つ乗用溝切機の操作レバー装置を提供する。【解決手段】操作用ハンドル(40)に寄り添うように配在された、エンジン(15)のスロットル開度調整用とエンジン(15)から駆動車輪(12)への動力伝達断接用とに共用される単一の操作レバー(62)を有し、該操作レバー(62)は、その自由端側に設けられた操作部(65)が、非操作位置から前記ハンドル(40)側に揺動せしめられて該ハンドル(40)と同時に握られる低速操作位置と、前記ハンドル(40)を握っている手の指により前記低速操作位置からさらに大きく揺動せしめられる中高速操作位置とをとり得るようにされている。【選択図】図5
