PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition suitable for keratin fiber which does not create NDELA, and can give keratin fiber an enhanced or improved cosmetic effect such as excellent volume-increasing effect and further application effect.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a composition containing: (a) at least one type of vegetable butter； (b) at least one type of alkali agent containing at least one primary amino group and at least three hydroxyl groups； (c) at least one type of wax； and (d) water.
