The present invention relates to a method of producing a net-type grass mat capable of an even planting of grass； and a net-type grass mat produced thereby. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method of producing a net-type grass mat capable of an even planting of grass, which fixes grass between an upper net and a lower net by means of a natural adhesive that is cured into a gel type at room temperature to prevent the grass from being damaged due to drying and to improve an even arrangement of the grass, and thus enhances grass planting efficiency； and to a net-type grass mat produced thereby.
