PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device, a measuring method, a program and a recording medium each enabling separation of arterial pulse components without using any frequency filter having steep cut-off characteristics.SOLUTION: The measuring device includes: a measurement part illuminating prescribed-wavelength light to at least part of a living body, imaging the living body with an image sensor to measure the absorbing degree of the light by the living body； a venous position-specifying part specifying a position corresponding to the venous present in the living body at the measurement portion of the living body utilizing measurement data； a pulse component-separating part separating components derived from the pulse of the artery present in the living body in time change of the measurement data based on the time change in the measurement data and the position of the venous； and an oxygen saturation calculating part calculating the oxygen saturation in the arterial blood utilizing the components derived from the pulse of the artery of the separated measurement data.【課題】急峻な遮断特性を有する周波数フィルタを用いることなく、動脈拍動成分の分離を行うことが可能な測定装置、測定方法、プログラム及び記録媒体を提供すること。【解決手段】本開示に係る測定装置は、生体の少なくとも一部に対して所定波長の光を照射して当該生体をイメージセンサにより撮像し、前記生体による前記光の吸収度合いを測定する測定部と、前記測定データを利用して、前記生体の測定部位において前記生体の内部に存在する静脈に対応する位置を特定する静脈位置特定部と、前記測定データの時間変化と前記静脈の位置とに基づいて、前記測定データの時間変化のうち前記生体の内部に存在する動脈の拍動に由来する成分を分離する拍動成分分離部と、分離された前記測定データの前記動脈の拍動に由来する成分を利用して、動脈血中の酸素飽和度を算出する酸素飽和度算出部と、を備える。【選択図】図４
